How do I pay? 

Card payments are preferred but cash and deposit are also fine.

Can I claim on the spot?

No, but you can claim using your emailed receipt. 

I can't see a time that suits me? I really need a massage today, do you have a wait list?

I am working on a digital wait list but for now the fastest way to get on my wait list is to send me a sms with the length of time and your availability.                Sms 04037565 

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my Massage?

Absolutely! Here's a list of suggestions:

                  Avoid coffee, alcohol and stimulants.

                  Wear your loosest underwear

                 Arrive a few minutes early so you don't feel rushed

I don't know what to book in for? 

No problem, just book in the length of time you would like, and we can figure it out on the day.

I am allergic to essential oils or other typical massage oil mediums. 

Many of my clients have unique needs. I have been using essential oils is my massages for years and so some residue will remain on linen. The solution is to bring your own towels or sheets. You will need to let me know at least the day before if you require zero essential oils as they are used in an oil burner to create a relaxing environment and due to this it is requested your appointment be earlier in the day.

Allergies to massage mediums? in many cases pure almond oil is completely fine. Otherwise please bring with you a massage medium that you know suits you.

I can't find the clinic. Type body restored, surrey hills into google maps or look for the Coles service station its bright red. The clinic is opposite. This clinic does not have signage. The 371 is marked on the letterbox.

Where can I park? On Sundays the clinic has unlimited parking out front. 

​

My partner and I are having back to back sessions where can I wait for my session? This happens a lot. We have a lovely waiting area where you can relax. Alternatively, there are number of great cafes nearby Maling Road is a quick stroll away as is Canterbury Gardens. 

 

What is the closest train station? Chatham station is almost directly behind the clinic. Surrey Hills station is about a 5-10 min walk and Canterbury is not far at all. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel on the day, please use your booking link to cancel out your booking. If you made your appointment by phone or sms please send me a text to let me know your unable to attend. There is a cancellation fee of $20 for a 1 hr appointment and $30 for a 1.5 hr appointment. If you have cancelled twice then you will be required to pay the full treatment cost.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes! both digital and physical vouchers are available in person or by phone.

Do you offer Pre natal Massage at Body Restored Surrey Hills Clinic?

Sure thing, if you arrange by the day before. For online booking purposes just book 1 hour Myotherapy new client session and put in a note.
