That’s something I can help with. We look at your symptoms, your goals, and how your body is feeling on the day. From there, I can recommend Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, or a blend of treatments.
Yes. We often blend treatments when it makes sense for your body and your goals. For example, we may combine Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, or Lymphatic techniques to get a better result.
We’ll start with a short chat about what’s going on and what you want help with. Then I’ll assess you and choose the treatment that best suits your needs. The goal is simple: less pain, less stress, and better movement.
Wear something comfortable. For most massage treatments, you can undress to your comfort level and you’ll be properly draped the whole time. For Cranial Sacral Therapy and some lymphatic treatments, you stay fully clothed.
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more mobile. You might also feel a little sore or tired for a day or two. That usually settles quickly. Drink water and take it easy if you can.
